questions that we often receive in an attempt to make
your experience with Steven Smith Landscape as easy
and convenient as possible. If you do not see your

Q: Do you provide residential
maintenance?
A: We only do maintenance
on individual homes if the landscape is large
enough to warrant at least 2 men a full day.
Q: Does your company install
patios and other hardscape items?
A: Yes. We
can install your entire yard. If we do
not do it “in house”, we have subcontractors
that we have a long-standing relationship with
that do work for us, and act as a part of our
crew. This allows each phase of the landscape
to be done by a specialized contractor.
Q: Do your maintenance employees
wear uniforms?
A: Yes. All our employees
on the maintenance division wear uniforms and drive
professionally marked trucks with the Steven Smith
Landscape name and logo so you can identify who is
working in or near your yard.
Q: Do you charge to give estimates?
A: No. We will meet with you
and provide a professional bid for no cost.
Q: Will you install a landscape
if I don’t have plans?
A: We prefer to have
plans to bid off of and to follow off of when
we work. There are exceptions and we can do
a design build with a landscape architect.
Q: Do you provide landscape
plans?
A: We do not, but highly
recommend them and can refer you to a professional
landscape architecture firm.
Q: Do you have an emergency
service?
A: Yes. We have a 24
hour answering service that has access to
our employees.
